Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms cover your subscription to Freeze Foundry's new business lists ("the Service"). By subscribing you agree to them.

What you get

A spreadsheet (CSV) of newly registered businesses for the states on your plan, delivered by email on the schedule shown on our site. Some states publish monthly; those files follow the state's schedule.

Where the data comes from

Every record comes from official state business registries that publish their filings as public records. We collect, clean and format them. We do not guarantee that every filing is complete or error-free, because we can only deliver what the state publishes.

How you may use it

You may use the lists in your own business, including for sales and marketing. You may not resell or republish the lists as a data product. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to how you contact businesses, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Do Not Call rules.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Changes and availability

We may add states, change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' email notice, or change these terms. If a state stops publishing its data, we will tell you and adjust or refund your plan.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
