Refund Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

If your first file doesn't meet your needs, email hello@freezefoundry.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that, you can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months, but you keep receiving files until the end of the period you paid for.

If we miss a delivery or a file is broken, tell us and we will resend it or refund that month.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
